The courts are made to order in 5 weeks, and have been used in pop-up tournaments, shopping mall plazas, private gardens, sport clubs and even on rooftops, including the world’s highest Padel court in Shanghai.

Frame Options

Our modular system can be customised to suit your needs. There are essentially six frame options:

Singles Court (6m wide)
Eco (lower glass side panel)
Full height glass
Mobile court for temporary installations, pop-up tournaments, etc.
Pro: 120 x 120mm frame
Extreme: 150 x 150mm frame

Options 1-4 use tubular steel that is 80x60mm. Options 5 and 6 use thicker steel frames, which may be preferred for competition courts, high-traffic areas, extremely windy locations or rooftop installations.

Safety Mesh

The safety mesh has been carefully constructed using round bars with smooth welding and no sharp edges.

Diameter 4mm. Distance: 50 x 50mm

The frame is rustproof electroplated galvanized steel with powder coating for double protection. Large open entrances in the centre of the court allow for optimum playability.

Tempered

Panoramic Glass

Our courts are supplied with 12mm thick, thermally toughened, panoramic safety glass for optimal play and visibility. Elasticated washers and rubber strips protect the glass and absorb shocks.

The CE-certified, tempered glass is 6 times stronger than untreated glass, and is securely packed for safe shipment.

Singles courts require 14 panels
Doubles courts require 18 panels. To reduce shipping costs, order four shorter side panels (±2m x 2m)
Optionally, order full height glass panels which are all ±3m high x 2m wide.

6 year Guarantee

Turf

Our UV resistant turf is CE certified and comes with a six-year guarantee. Each Padel court needs 200m2 artificial turf, supplied in three rolls with pre-printed white lines. A single court only requires two rolls (2m and 4m widths).

You can specify green, blue or red turf and can choose between straight (economical) or curved (textured) turf for constant volume and optimal cushioning.

Daylight

Floodlights

Floodlights are optional, although strongly recommended for optimum playability.

Four pairs of super-bright, energy-efficient lights flood the court with a total of 152,000 lumens of bright daylight white (5700K).

The LED units are housed in a fully waterproof, aluminium case – rated IP65, with integral cabling. The poles curve away from the court and will not affect game play.
